Palpeur à contact pour CNC | ProTouch – Amastone

Le palpeur Amastone est une sonde mécanique offrant un excellent compromis entre prix et qualité.
Il s’agit d’une sonde passive qui ne nécessite pas d’alimentation et qui est caractérisée par une sphère de contact de 4 mm.
En général, le palpeur est utilisé sur les centres d’usinage CNC et les tours CNC pour diverses fonctionnalités. Par exemple, en fonction des fonctionnalités de votre machine CNC, vous pouvez utiliser le palpeur pour détecter rapidement la position de la pièce avant l’usinage, pour acquérir la planéité d’une surface à travailler, ou pour la copie (numérisation) d’une pièce en 3D, comme un bas-relief.

Le palpeur Amastone est entièrement en aluminium anodisé et en acier inoxydable.
Le degré de protection est IP64, il est donc totalement protégé contre les poussières et les éclaboussures d’eau provenant de n’importe quelle direction.
Contrairement aux palpeurs bon marché destinés à un usage amateur, ce palpeur permet un calibrage mécanique afin que son axe s’aligne parfaitement avec l’axe de la broche. Pour effectuer cet alignement, il y a 4 vis à six pans opposées.

Serrage

Le palpeur Amastone a une tige d’attache de diamètre 7 mm et longue de 20 mm. Pour sa fixation, une pince élastique ER avec un trou de 7 mm peut être utilisée.

Connexion

La connexion électrique comprend un câble à deux fils, l’un pour le signal et l’autre pour la mise à la terre. Il s’agit d’un simple interrupteur à “contacts normalement fermés”. Lorsque le palpeur entre en contact, les contacts s’ouvrent. Lorsque les contacts sont fermés, la résistance est de 10-30 Ω. Le signal est isolé du corps de l’instrument.

    The probe works realy well and the finish and quality is also very nice.
    had no time to test the accuracy yet but did use it already and seams to be good.

    the only thing that i miss is a manual how to adjust the probe center it’s not difficult but it would have been nice if they had supplied one.

    hello Lynn,
    check if you have a free input pin on your controller to connect the touch probe.
    You need also software to acquire the points and this depends on your machine also.*The touch probe is only a tool and the machine has to be configured to use a touch probe.
    Check the wiring specs:

    The internal electrical connection resembles a simple switch with normally connected contacts having a resistance of 10-30 Ω when closed. After the stylus is actuated, the contacts disconnect. The signal is isolated from the instrument body. The cable has two wires, one the signal wire, the other ground.

    Hi,
    you can calibrate with the screws on the body, we give it with the probe dismantled, and we don't have the calibration certificate.
    Yes, we have the 3D file I can send it via mail.

    Hi Nils,
    Eccentricity error is as good as you can calibrate it, but repeatability is ~2µm. Sure, you can use any off the shelf stylus with M3 thread.

    Stylus thread is M3. Have only 4mm and 2mm ball stylus.
    write in the "note" at the checkout the ball stylus that you need.
    We can ship it at the end of next week.

    no, we don't have any software to measure the surface with mach3 controller.
    Anyway if you find it likely our touch probe will be compatible with that controller and software.
    If you find it let me know it, it could be very useful for other cnc operators

Good morning am currently looking for a new probe touch probe 3d measuring sensor so i can digitize a surface my previous probe couldn't handle rapid commands with .002" stepover while digitizing ..i think it has to do with the jerking motion from the machine. how well can this probe handle .. and if i buy this probe and turns out it does the same can it be returned
