Hi, Daxin,
for hard granite suggested parameter is: 1100 – 1300 Rpm
We have cut locally quarried sandstone in 1995. To trim the stones, quarried with a chainsaw equipped with tungsten chips silver soldered to the ground-flat saw links, we built a bench top saw for which we now are looking for new blades.
The blades' diameter is 350 mm and the blades we used had both tungsten bits inserted into some of the blade's kerf as well as were diamond tipped. These wheels are no longer available, in fact I don't remember what make they had been.
Our saw turns the 2 wheels at 2.600 rpm.
Can you please recommend a suitable set of blades we could use.

Hello Kurt,
the suggested rpm when you cut sandstone with a 350mm(14") blade is 3000 – 3500 Rpm
Can you add it?
Any way we can supply you with special made diamond blades but we need some known reference.
You can definitely use these RUSH B granite blades and make a test.
After that, you give us feedback about your special requirements, if you need a faster cut or if you need a longer last blade. With your feedback, we can change the diamond bond of the next blades.
So go ahead with 2 rush B blades and let us know how they go.
regards
