Adaptateur 1/2 Gas > Pince ER

Cet adaptateur est utilisé pour monter des outils avec une fixation cylindrique sur un mandrin avec une fixation 1/2 gas.
L’adaptateur est choisi en fonction du type de pince élastique utilisé (ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32).
Cet adaptateur est fourni avec la bague de centrage, mais sans la pince élastique.

Le filetage est de type standard (droit), sur demande, il est possible de fournir des adaptateurs avec un filetage gauche.

Hello, I recommend the following items for your CNC machine with a 1/2" gas shank:

1/2Gas to ER25 adapter -> Link
This adapter will allow you to use ER25 collets with your machine.

ER25 collet - Ø12 mm -> Link
You should order this ER25 collet with a 12mm diameter to accommodate your 12mm diamond bits.

ER25 collet - Ø16 mm -> Link
Similarly, you should also get this ER25 collet with a 16mm diameter for your 16mm diamond bits.

These components will allow you to use both 12mm and 16mm diamond bits with your CNC machine using the 1/2" gas shank.

If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask.
R You will need more than this adapter. You will also have to buy collets (12 mm and 16mm) to hold the tool in the adapter. The choice of a 16, 20, 25, or 32 adapter will determine the largest diameter collet (tool shaft) you can use. If you will ONLY be using 12mm & 16mm shafts on your tools then the ER 25 adapter will accept up to 16mm collets. If you will be using larger shaft sizes you might consider the ER32. This also assumes your CNC has the power needed to cut at acceptable rates with the tool sizes you are using on your projects.

R About the Adaptor half gas to ER collet, Can you make the threaded end a .750-20 RH thread?

We are looking for tool holder for sasso k600. Are u spare parts compatable with them. Its left thread 1/2 gas. Please quite ur best price.

The tool in this page is an adaptor that is compatible with all CNC machine with a spindle with a 1/2" fitting. This is the right-thread adapter. For the Left-thread model I will let you know the price and availability tomorrow. Do you need ER32 collet? --- If, instead you need a tool holder, the cone, let me know which one.
