Description

Meule de profil segmentée pour débiteuse – Profil B – 1/4 rond concave.

Meule diamantée profilée avec le profil B, également appelé profil 1/4 rond concave. La meule est concave pour obtenir un profil toroïdal convexe.
C’est une meule profilée à utiliser sur des fraises à pont pour la profilage de marbre, de pierre en général, de granit, d’agrégats.
Disponible en diamètres de 150 mm à 400 mm et avec différents rayons allant de 5 mm à 40 mm.

Les meules sont fabriquées après réception de la commande et, pour cette raison, l’expédition prend 5/7 jours.

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm looking for a segmented profiling wheel for granite curbs, I know that your recommendation is a usage in a bridge saw. But I want to adapt this profile wheel on a Wall saw for a better straight line. Did you have experience with this kind of use? Is it possible to have the center diamaeter with 60mm Arbor and maybe 600mm outer diameter with a grinding radius of 20mm. I want to do a radius on a bridge over 46m length on granite bord. Is it enough with one wheel or did i have to use more wheels? At the end i can do it also in a bridge saw if this will be straight enough. I dont know enough about these kind of profiling. Hi Goran,
yes, we can make a Profiling Wheel diameter 600mm for granite.
I concern about the motor RPM you have in your machine. Which is the rotation you have?
