Description

Fraise 30° (d’un rayon R0.5 à rayon R3) en widia – Marbre – OMGF

Fraises en carbure à 30 degrés pour machines CNC. Idéales pour les gravures sur marbre et pierres naturelles. Ces fraises à 30 degrés sont utilisées pour les gravures et dans la phase de finition des bas-reliefs. Vous pouvez choisir le type de fraise entre celle perforée pour le passage de l’eau à l’intérieur et celle non perforée.

Paramètres de traitement

Pour les fraises pour pantographe pour la gravure d’épigraphes, il est recommandé de procéder comme suit :

Vitesse de broche de 5000 à 7000 tr/min en fonction de la vitesse d’avance.
Vitesse d’avance de 100 à 500 mm/min en fonction de la profondeur en Z et de la dureté du matériau.
Profondeur maximale de 3 mm (recommandée 1 mm). Il est recommandé d’entrer en rampe.

Dans cette courte vidéo, nous montrons une fraise à 30 degrés avec un rayon de 1 mm non perforée.

All bits are the wrong size shaft and unusable. Was unable to get invoice in dollars even though it had dollar amount on website.

  What do you mean with “ wrong size shaft”?
  These bits have 10 mm diameter shaft, can you measure it with a caliper?
  Its not possible the shaft is wrong, if it’s so as you say it’s a fabrication mistake and we replace them no worries. do you have the right ER Collet? Please send me a photo of the shaft with a caliper.
  About the invoice, I’m sorry we cannot release it in dollar because our bank account is in euro currency and for the Italian law we cannot do it in dollars. But if you need it we make an invoice manually in dollars that you can use for your purpose. We can do it no problem we didn’t understand you could not use it in euro.
  We have many clients in the Usa who buy from our ecommerce and no ones asked us for an invoice in dollars, sorry for that. We try our best.

  I am not blaming you. I was looking for 1/4″ shafts but was confused on your website. Most of our routers and CNC machines use that size or 3/8″. It was my mistake and will live with it but I really could use the invoice translated into dollars for our billing department.

    Ok, no worries,
    We can fix it, you have bits with a 10mm shank, it’s 3/8”.
    You need an ER collet for the 3/8” diameter tools. Do you have it? They are not wrong and they are not unuseful.
    Just ask and we try to solve the problem, if it’s our mistake we refund it but 99% of the cases it’s just a misunderstanding and we can fix it.
    Use them as the 3/8” bits that you already have and let me know how it goes.
    About the invoice in USD., we send it tomorrow morning.
